1099 Sales Representatives | Unlimited Commission | Growth Opportunity

Lonestar Roofing & Restoration LLC is actively expanding across North Texas and is seeking motivated, professional 1099 Roofing Sales Representatives who want to build real income—not chase short-term storm jobs. Our top SALES REP earned over $184,000 in 2025!

If you are self-driven, confident speaking with homeowners, and want the backing of a strong local company with real systems, this opportunity is for you.

Who This Opportunity Is For:

This role is a strong fit if you:

  • Are self-motivated and results-driven
  • Are comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
  • Understand commission-based income
  • Want long-term opportunity in a growing local company
  • Are interested in advancement into Team Lead or leadership roles
  • Are willing to work storm response markets when needed

Who This Is NOT a Fit For:

This role is not a good fit if you:

  • Are looking for a salary or hourly position
  • Are uncomfortable with door-to-door outreach
  • Expect leads only with no self-generated effort
  • Are not willing to climb ladders or inspect roofs
  • Are seeking short-term or temporary work only

We are selective and protect our team culture.

Why Work With Lonestar Roofing & Restoration LLC

Lonestar Roofing & Restoration LLC is a locally owned North Texas roofing company, not a fly-by-night storm operation.

Finding the right roofing sales jobs in North Texas means finding a company that actually supports your success. Most roofing sales jobs leave you on your own — no systems, no leads, no backend support. Lonestar Roofing and Restoration LLC is different. We provide full CRM access, HailRecon storm tracking, insurance supplement handling, and a growing inbound lead pipeline from our SEO presence — so you can focus on closing deals while we handle the rest.

Earning Potential & Growth

This is a 1099 commission-based role with unlimited earning potential — and we mean that literally.

Our top sales representative earned $184,000 last year right here in North Texas.

Reps consistently closing 3-4 jobs per month typically earn $8,000–$12,000+ monthly. Your earnings are tied directly to your effort — we don’t cap them, we don’t limit your territory, and we don’t micromanage how you get there.

What to expect:
✓ Highly competitive commission splits
✓ Commissions paid within 48 hours of final check received
✓ $184,000 earned by our top rep in 2025
✓ Team Lead and leadership opportunities for top performers
✓ No income ceiling — ever

Your earnings are tied directly to your effort and performance.
